意格简介

    意格规划设计公司设在中国上海、北京及美国旧金山，从事房地产开发策划、总体规划、景观设计、建筑设计及室内设计等工作，以一体化设计的主导概念贯穿于所涉及的设计领域之中。规划项目包括区域计划的整合、都市空间的改善、都市地区的再发展、新城镇的开发到历史风貌的保存及维护；建筑项目包括旅游度假酒店、教学科研设施、办公楼、公共建筑及别墅；景观项目包括旅游度假区高档酒店及高档社区、都市公园及郊野公园、市政广场及绿地、旅游风景区及主题公园、开发区及高科技园区、高尔夫球场周边及康体运动场馆的景观规划设计。意格认为对于环境的整体塑造与把握是保证城市环境协调与可持续性的重要手段。

意格注重国际水准的设计理念与操作方式，但不以欧美风格为最高标准。意格的宗旨在于立足国际经验及中国人文传统，创造具有鲜明时代特征与地域特色的人性化设计作品。意格通过设计师从前期地产策划、总体规划、建筑设计与景观设计直至最终实施的全过程参与，将投资、市场分析、历史保护、开发的可持续性以及后期养护和管理等一系列内容纳入其中，从而在确保可操作性的前提下，达成投资与回报、保护与利用、生态与开发之间的平衡。意格视整体环境设计为一种综合性的服务，在规划设计师创意的主导下，通过投资方、政府乃至社会公众的参与，使整体环境的一体化设计成为促成社会经济与文化的持续发展的重要力量。

Who we are

     AGER Environmental Design was first established in 2001 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.  It has domestic branch offices in Beijing as well as an overseas office in San Francisco, USA.  

     We are a multi-disciplinary firm providing design consultation and management services in urban planning, architecture，landscape architecture and interior design.  We also believe that environmental design plays the leading role in the design process to promote social, financial and cultural values.  Our design philosophy is to combine international ideas while preserving local cultures and protecting natural environments. We also incorporate the client’s investment needs, market analysis, historic preservation, sustainable development, maintenance and management into our overall design.

     AGER has designed and completed many different types of projects throughout China from master planning to landscape design to architecture.  Our projects have included golf course landscape designs, resort villas, multi-family housing designs, high-tech parks, urban and suburban parks, and commercial plazas and buildings.  

Supported by a talented group of landscape designers, architects, project managers, and production/graphic staff, AGER strives to provide supreme quality design and services for its clients.  Every project will be given careful attention to ensure the highest design quality from schematic design through construction administration.
